Types of water
HYPERTONIC
HYPERTONIC: 100% pure seawater, cold-microfiltered, with a high mineral concentration: around 36 g/L of salts, about four times more than the concentration in our body fluids. Ideal for remineralising the body, cooking, or diluting to taste.
ISOTONIC: Obtained by diluting seawater to 1/4 of its concentration, reaching 9 g/L of salts, the same as in our body fluids. Perfect for daily hydration and mineral replenishment.
